Week 1: The First Step

Walking into your first pole class can feel like stepping into the unknown.
There’s excitement, maybe a touch of nerves. You grip the pole for the first time, your hands unsure, your body curious. You’re not just learning a new skill — you’re introducing yourself to a version of you that’s been waiting to come alive.

Week 2–3: Finding Your Flow

Week 4–5: Strength Meets Sensuality
