How We Work Together
We’ll choose a weekly time and day that works for both of us.
Consistency is encouraged to create focus, momentum, and trust in your devotion to your practice & journey (even when you CFB’d).
Integration Weeks (6 & 12 month mentorships)
Roughly every 8 weeks, we’ll have an integration week (no session).
These are scheduled intentionally and may align with my retreat schedule — ensuring you don’t miss out on support.
