Pole Strength - Everyone

This class is all about building the strength, stability and body awareness that will help you progress safely and confidently in your pole journey.

Drawing on over 16 years as a Personal Trainer, along with her background in physiotherapy, rehabilitation and Pilates, Ntina has designed this class to target the muscles that matter most for pole. Expect a combination of strength, conditioning, core stability and mobility exercises that support better technique, injury prevention and faster progress.

Whether you're working towards your first invert or refining advanced skills, this class will help you build a stronger foundation both on and off the pole.

The chorey style may change class to class, but the vibe is the same! Kneepads recommended (we have some in the studio), and heels are always optional.

BootyCamp - Mixed Level

Half pole dance-specific conditioning and half tricks training.

BootyCamp is designed to make your movement effortless and controlled. Build strength for seamless transitions, train your shoulders for safe & stable engagement, and work on spine flexibility for those dreamy bendy tricks.

Follow a splits protocol to help you reach your touchdown goals and refine your lines, while ankle and leg stability drills improve balance—whether you're dancing in heels or barefoot.

Open to all levels, though recommended for Level 2+.

Beginner’s Flow - Beginner
This class is all about connecting—with the pole, with your body, and with yourself. Leave the outside world behind as you explore fluidity, grace, and the foundations of pole dance and movement.

Immy will guide you through beginner-friendly spins, floorwork, and heel work (if you’d like to wear pole shoes, bring them along!) before leading you into a mini routine. Each week, you’ll learn something new, with the option to follow along or, if you’re feeling confident, add your own freestyle flair.

Seductive Flow - Level 2+
Seductive Flow is a heels pole class for dancers who want to bring more heat, tease, attitude, and expression into the way they move.

This class is all about the slow burn of seductive pole: the gaze, the touch, the timing, the pause, the drag, and the way each movement pours into the next. After warming up and conditioning, you will learn sequences and choreography that blend floorwork, edgework, low flow, climbs, floats, lifts, suspensions, and pathways up the pole.

Prerequisites: students should be comfortable with beginner pole foundations, including basic spins, climbs, sits, and learning choreography. Heels are recommended, though socks are welcome. Progressions will be available.
